This notice explains what WeddingMate collects on this website and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address and, if you give them, your first name and approximate wedding date. We use these only to tell you when WeddingMate opens and to understand roughly when couples on the list are getting married. We don’t sell or share them, and we don’t send marketing on anyone else’s behalf.

Wedding pages

Couples who plan with WeddingMate store their own wedding details, such as guest names, venues, suppliers and tasks. That information is only visible to the people the couple invites. Photos and files you upload are stored at addresses that can’t be guessed, but anyone you share such an address with can open it.

Where it’s stored

Data is stored with our hosting providers, Supabase (database and files, in London) and Vercel (website hosting). Visit key points and business-card reading are processed by Anthropic’s Claude when you choose to use those features.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If you sign in to a wedding page, your browser keeps a sign-in token so you stay signed in.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything we hold about you at any time.
